Registered Post Option

Checkout & Payment Methods
Payment Methods that available:
PayPal is available for both Overseas and Australian buyers. Buyers will pay extra 7% of the subtotal of purchase (excluding postage charge) to cover PayPal surcharges.
   
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) are available for both Overseas and Australian buyers. Buyers will pay extra 7% of the subtotal of purchase (excluding postage charge) to cover Credit Card surcharges.
Electronic Fund Transfer or Bank Deposit or Money Order or Bank Cheque – For Australian buyers only. We will send you the banking details once we've received your order. Please contact us at info@swapcards.com.au if you have any questions.
We will send you an email notification once your order and payment has been received.
Postage and Handling
- Buyer pays for postage and handling fee.
- Packaging: Cards will be packaged for protection against water damage and bents, and sent in standard letter envelope form (handy during wet days!). We use plastic pockets or poly-bags and reinforced cards with cardboard. Please ask if you require any further protection or service and we will happily abide.
- Delivery: Items are mailed as soon as we receive and process your payment.
- Postal Service: All deliveries are handled by Australia Post Service.
- Within Australia - Parcel/Letter will be sent by Registered post or Express post for peace of mind of both parties. Extra insurance is optional to cover loss and damage in transit (which is beyond our control and responsibility).
- To Overseas - Parcel/Letter will be sent by Regular Air Mail only. Insurance option is highly recommended to cover loss and damage in transit (which is beyond our control and responsibility).
- Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery, however, most deliveries arrive much sooner.
- Please contact us after 7 days if item not received and we will assist you in this regard promptly.
- Shipment: Item shipped from Melbourne, Australia, once payment is received.
- Accurate Postal Address: Please ensure contact details such as postal address is up to date on your shopping cart as this is where your item(s) will be sent.
