Place Your Order

Choose a Category

You can browse through our website by using the Category navigation bar (on the top or left-hand side of the page), or using our product search tool (positioned on the top left-hand side of the page under the main navigation bar).

Select a main category you would like to browse with (i.e. SINGLES, PAIRS, SETS, THEMES, and SPECIALS).

Under each category, our products (swap cards playing cards) have been placed into different subcategories (i.e. people, animals, scenery, company advertising, beverage, sports, cartoons, etc).

Alternatively, you can type in keyword(s) in the search box on the left-side of the page and you will able to get a list of results corresponding to the keyword(s) you are searching (i.e. keyword “Disney cartoon”).

Information about the Product(s)

All our cards will be listed in a thumbnail-size picture form along with the title and the condition of the card(s) (i.e. NM, E, G, F).

When you choose a desire product, you can click on the picture to view the information and details of the particular product.

Condition of card(s) is vary depends on the age of the card(s) and the usage. To understand the reference code of the condition of cards (i.e. NM, E, G, F), please refer to CARDS GRADING SYSTEM for more information.

Alternatively, please contact us if you are concerned about the condition (i.e. in Good or Fair or Poor condition) of the card(s) that you are interested with. We will send you a digital copy of the card(s) to help you decide on your order.

Place an Order

When you find a product that you like, all you need to do is key in the quantity that you want to order in the QTY box under the cards you like.

Please note that the maximum quantity for each identical product is 2. Please contact us if you want to order more than 2 of an identical product

Click on the “Add to Cart” button and the item will be placed directly in your shopping cart (you will able to review your shopping cart under CART REVIEW)

At Cart Review, you can alter your shopping list, or continue to browse for other products by clicking on 'Continue Shopping' or pay for items by clicking on the 'Checkout' button.

You will find that placing an order is a very quick and flexible process. You can place your order either as an anonymous user or log in if you have an account on the site in the future. You can easily keep track with your order as we will provide you an ordering number when you’ve checkout.

Checkout

All you need to do is tell us where you want your order delivered and invoice sent.

At Checkout, you will able to see your shopping list, including the product, quantity, subtotal and total of your purchases.

Please fill in the shipping information.

Please key in the Discount Code if applicable (please check our specials as we do have discount and special rate from time to time)

Click “Next”.



Payment Information

Please fill in the payment information – select “same as ship to” if the payment information is identical to the shipping information.

Select your desire Shipping Method and Payment Method.

If you choose to pay via PayPal or Credit Cards, please do not pay at this stage. Please contact us to confirm your order and postage charge before you pay.

If you choose to pay via bank deposit or money order, please contact us for the payment details (or you will receive an email from us)

Item charge & Postage charge

Our system is very straight forward and we are allowed to alter your order manually due to security purposes!

The system will determine a postage charge based on the categories, i.e. cards only (Singles, Pairs, Sets, Themes, Lucky Dips), albums, pages, & accessories. If you order a mixture of products from different categories, you will be charged based on each category. (We have to apologise the system is not smart enough to combine all postage into one!)

Please contact us if you order a mixture of products from more than one category and we will fix the postage charge for you – we do combine postage to save your cost!

Please contact us if you have any concern with the overcharged item or postage and we’ll send you a revised invoice.

Postal Charges Within Australia

All deliveries are handled by Australia Post Service and buyer pays for all delivery fees.

Regular Mail Option

Order under $10.00 can be delivered via regular mail. If Registered Mail is not chosen, we do not hold responsibility on any loss and/or damage in transit (which is beyond our control and responsibility).
Please allow approximately 7 days for delivery, however, most deliveries arrive much sooner.

Please contact us at info@swapcards.com.au for combine postage (to save your cost) for multiple items if you've received more than one postage charges.

Registered Post Option

Orders over $10.00 will be sent via Registered post. A tracking number is provided to keep track on delivery.

Extra insurance is optional to cover loss and damage in transit (which is beyond our control and responsibility).

Please allow approximately 7 days for delivery, however, most deliveries arrive much sooner.

Currency: Overseas Buyers from United States, Canada, and United Kingdom please click on Currency Format on the top of the page and select US Dollar as your currency. Overseas Buyers from New Zealand please use AUD Dollar as your currency.

Payment Methods that available:

PayPal is available for both Overseas and Australian buyers. Buyers will pay extra 7% of the total of purchase to cover PayPal surcharges.

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) is available for both Overseas and Australian buyers. Buyers will pay extra 7% of the total of purchase to cover Credit Card surcharges.

Electronic Fund Transfer or Bank Deposit or Money Order or Bank Cheque – For Australian buyers only. Please contact us at info@swapcards.com.au for the banking details or money order details.

We will send you an email notification once your order and payment has been received.

Postage and Handling

Buyer pays for postage and handling fee.
Cards will be packaged and sent in standard letter envelope form with protection (either cardboard or paper or paper pocket or plastic pocket). Please ask if you require any further protection or service and we will happily abide.
Delivery: Items are mailed from Melbourne as soon as we received and processed your payment.
Goods once shipped is buyer's responsibility.
Postal Service: All deliveries are handled by Australia Post Service.
- Within Australia - Parcel/Letter will be sent by either Regular Mail (orders under $10.00) or Registered post (orders over $10.00). Extra insurance is optional.
- To Overseas - Parcel/Letter will be sent by Regular Air Mail or Sea Mail. Insurance option is highly recommended.
- Insurance is optional to cover loss and damage in transit (which is beyond our control and responsibility).
- Please allow approximately 7 days for delivery, however, most deliveries arrive much sooner.
- Please contact us after 7 days if item not received and we will assist you in this regard promptly.
Please ensure your contact details and postal address is up to date - we want to make sure your orders arrived safely at your nominated address.
