Q1. Is there any difference between swap cards and playing cards?
A1.

Both swap cards and playing cards are often mean the same thing by most card collectors.

Swap cards are the cards sold as singles or pairs or sets through retail stores. The swap cards will have blank backs without any design on the back.

On the other hand, playing cards are sold as a deck of 54 cards (including 2 Jokers) through the retail stores. The playing cards have different suits and numbers on their backs (i.e. 13 Diamonds, 13 Spades, 13 Hearts and 13 Clubs).

Q2. How do I know if the cards I ordered are in stock?
A2.

All of our cards have a very limited stock. The default quantity is 1 and maximum per order is 5. Please consult us if you want to order more than 5 cards of an identical card design (you can see this information on each page of products).

You will receive a confirmation email from us over the next 48 hours once you placed the order during business working days (Monday to Friday).

If your order is out of stock, we will send you an email to notify the stock shortage. Your order will then be adjusted to show the stock availability, the correct postal cost (if adjustment is needed), and payment methods (if you pay via bank direct deposit or money orders).

Q3. I made an order of certain quantity of cards and the postage is not the correct charge as shown in the shipping cost guideline?
A3.

Unfortunately our software cannot calculate combined postage if the order includes multiple categories of products (i.e. albums and pages and cards).

Please contact us separately if you encounter this problem and we will manually calculate the discounted combined postage total.

Q4. I am looking for a number of cards (in certain themes) not listed your website. Will you list more cards? How often will you update your cards?
A4.

We often received new stock and will update the website once we have process the administration and bookkeeping.

If you are after particular cards, please send us an email to describe the card (i.e. photos and / or description such as year produced, colours, quantity of cards: single / pairs/ sets) and we are happy to assist you to find the cards.

Q5. What methods of payment do you accept? What is the minimum if I use credit card?
A5.

We accept Australian money orders, electronic fund transfer / bank direct deposit, Paypal, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro) within Australia.

We accept Paypal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro) for overseas order.  

Please note there is a 7% surcharge applied on your subtotal amount of your order for any credit cards or PayPal payment.

Q6. Do you post overseas? How much is the postage?
A6.

Yes, we do post our products worldwide. Please see shipping page for postage charge. Overseas transactions will be completed in USD Dollar.

Q7.

The postage charges sound a bit expensive, is there any discount if I have a large order?

A7.

The postage fee is charged which included the actual postage, cost of envelope, and a small amount of handling fee.

All delivery is handled by Australia Post Service. The items are charged by weight therefore we have set a guideline for the postage charge according to the quantity and the weight of cards you ordered.

Q8. I paid but I never received my orders, what should I do?
A8.

All deliveries are handled by Australia Post Service.

Order under $10 can be delivered via regular mail. If Registered Mail is not chosen, we do not hold responsibility on any loss and/or damage in transit (which is beyond our control and responsibility).

Orders over $10.00 will be handled by Australia Post Service and sent via Registered post. A tracking number is provided to keep track on delivery. 

Cards will be sent by REGULAR AIR MAIL (or SEA MAIL for parcels) for overseas orders.

Extra insurance is optional to cover any loss and/or damage in transit (which is beyond our control and responsibility). 

Please allow approximately 7 days for delivery, however, most deliveries arrive much sooner.

Please contact us after 7 days if item not received and we will assist you in this regard promptly.
